My Brickell. Related Group.

Project: Front Desk Furniture, Brickell, Miami, FL, USA. Resin & Fiber Glass

It is a Looby intervened with the complete production of the front desk. This project has been a challenge for the company given its size, 20 feet long and 8 feet high.

The furniture is divided into two pieces, one inside the interior lobby and the other in the exterior valet area. The project required a design integrated to the architecture of the space, whose resolution as can be seen in the images, creates the feeling that the furniture crosses the dividing glass.

The complexity of project production was also determined by the large number of interior spaces contemplated in the furniture structure. Drawers, compartments, shelves, as well as the resolution of the electrical installation and wiring for telephony and fiber optics.

The construction of the furniture, from a modular metal structure on which I incorporate layers of fiberglass and resin, to finally be painted with several capable of Geico, was similar to that used for the construction of boats.
